The Use of Solid Phase Extraction in Forensic Toxicology

The goal of our seminar will be to review the steps, mechanisms and rationale of SPE. The seminar will examine the effects of pH and pKa on extraction recoveries, and will also review approaches for choosing the right column. Lastly, we will identify common SPE problems and appropriate solutions.
