CALL FOR PAPERS
The Scientific Committee welcomes your applications for free paper and/or poster presentations and encourages you to submit abstracts related to forensic toxicology. Participants are requested to indicate their choice of oral or poster presentations on the Registration form, however the Program Committee reserve the right to make the final decision on the form of presentation. All abstracts submitted will be subject to editorial review.

These qualifying as "Young Scientists" (YSC) and wishing to apply for one of three awards, see the Young Scientists section of the TIAFT2003 web. See also the YSC section of the TIAFT web.

If any abstract submitted is not accepted and as a result the author was unable to attend, the fees will be refunded in full.


DELEGATE REGISTRATION FEES [note: extended early bird deadline]
Registration opens: 1/4/03

Full Registration
- Earlybird: AUD $800 (If paid by 1/8/03)
- Late: AUD $1000 (If paid after 1/8/03)

Day Registration
- Earlybird: AUD $300 (If paid by 1/8/03)
- Late: AUD $350 (If paid after 1/8/03)

Full Registration includes: Opening ceremony, Entry to all TIAFT scientific sessions, Werribee Mansion and Open Range Zoo Visit, and Congress Dinner.


ACCOMPANYING PERSONS REGISTRATION FEES

- Earlybird: AUD $500 (If paid by 1/8/03)
- Late: AUD $600 (If paid after 1/8/03)

Includes: Opening ceremony, Werribee Mansion and Open Range Zoo Visit, Congress Dinner and a Full Day Melbourne City Sights tour.


SATELLITE MEETINGS

The Austox Seminar, LC-MS Workshop and Advanced Pharmacology Workshop are all AUD $110 (AUD $80 for those who are Full Registrants at the TIAFT meeting)

To register for the meeting and to book accommodation fill out the

Personal cheques can only be accepted from Australian residents. Delegates may pay by credit card (MasterCard/Eurocard/Visa/Bankcard) otherwise please obtain a bank draft payable in Australian dollars on an Australian bank. Direct payments into conference bank account cannot be accepted. Full registration details will be available on our website from 1st April, 2003. The TIAFT 2003 registration form will be available on the website and for TIAFT members in the Bulletin.


DISCLAIMER
In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the Organising Committee preventing the attendance of some or all registrants, the conference accepts no responsibility for any loss of monies incurred by registrants. It is suggested that registrants obtain insurance cover against this possibility.


CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. For cancellations received by September 16, 2003 fees will be refunded in full, less a handling fee of A$100. No refunds will be given after this date, but you may substitute another delegate.


LETTER OF INVITATION
The Congress Secretariat will be pleased to send an official letter of invitation upon request. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates raise travel funds or to obtain a visa, however, this is not a commitment on the part of the Organising Committee to provide any financial support.


REGISTRATION DESK
The registration desk will be located on level 1 of the Hilton on the Park and will be open everyday of the Congress. We advise you to collect your documents as soon as possible after your arrival. Registration desk hours will be advised on your registration confirmation form and on the web site.


NAME BADGES
Name badges will be given to all delegates at registration. The wearing of identification badges is mandatory and will be required for admission to all sessions and the exhibition. Entry tickets will be provided for all social functions.


PRIVACY POLICY
In registering for the Congress, relevant details such as your name and organisation will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates. In addition these details may be made available to key sponsors at the conclusion of the Congress for marketing purposes. Please advise the Congress Secretariat at :convention@optushome.com.au if you wish for your name not to be included in this list.
