Cancellation
of registration
Registration
fees will be refunded after the deduction
of 20% if participation is cancelled
in writing before June 1, 2002. No refund
will be possible after this date but
the complete congress documentation
will be sent to the delegate.
HOW
TO REGISTER
The Registration
Form must be filled in and sent to the
Organizing Secretariat.
There are two possible formalities:
- on-line
registration
With a click

form, will open. Fill in the form
and press "send" button
to send it to the Organizing Secretariat.
The "on-line" formality
allows payment by credit card only.
- off-line
registration
With a click
on the above link, you'll download
the registration form (Adobe Acrobat
file, 306kb) on your PC's hard-disk.
Participants are kindly requested
to complete the registration form
and return it to the meeting treasurer
along with confirmation of the registration
fee payment. The off-line registration
form allows payment by credit card,
bank transfer and cheque.
Congress registration
does not includes hotel
booking which has to be made separately
following the appropriate procedure.
Only
registered participants may attend
the conference sessions.
