Severe intoxications around the city of Ostrava, Czech Republic due to synthetic cannabinoids

TIAFT has been informed that since 11th September 2018 there has been a series of severe intoxications including one death around the city of Ostrava, Czech Republic due to synthetic cannabinoids.
