PLACE OF THE EVENT
The conference will be held at the Convention Center of the CITIMED HOTEL, which has several cutting-edge conference rooms. The conference will take place in the main auditorium with capacity for 300 people, in an easily accessible area and with large exhibition areas. The CITIMED Convention Center is located in the north center of the city. It has its own hotel and restaurants, which facilitates the transfer and timely assistance to the event.

Check in and check out policies
- Check in before 3:00 pm are subject to availability upon request to the Reservations department, and has an additional room surcharge of 50% of the value of the assigned daily rate.
- Check outs after 1:00 p.m. are subject to availability upon request to the Reservations department, and have an additional room surcharge of 50% of the value of the assigned daily rate until 6:00 p.m.
- Check out after 18:00 hours are subject to availability upon request to the Reservations department, and have an additional room surcharge of 100% of the assigned daily rate.
- In case of no show the hotel will charge 100% of the value of the stay.
- In case of cancellations with less than 48 hours at the date and time of check in, the hotel will charge 100% of the stay.
- In case of early departures the hotel will charge 100% of the stay.
Record and delivery of material
Collection of materials on behalf of another participant will not accepted without written authorization signed by the participant.
Credentials
For security reasons, the permanent use of credentials is necessary to be able to access the activities of the Congress. Take care of the Credentials, as you will be charged $ 2 for copies if you lose the originals.
Transport
The event will not provide transportation from the hotels to the Congress.
